Pilkington Partners is led by Alan Pilkington and Martha Silva, senior business executives with over fifty years combined experience.  In their previous positions they had a wide range of business roles including executive leadership in U.S. and International markets, operations, consulting and entrepreneurial ventures.  Their functional expertise includes business and marketing strategy, communications, organizational and process restructuring, and corporate and brand image development. Collectively they have consulted in over twenty industries and have a proven ability to deploy their learning across industry segments, company size and life stage. They have active relationships across a range of business disciplines.
Alan Pilkington is an expert in corporate communications, branding, advertising, media and public relations. He has led both small and large companies, and is a former Chairman of the Chicago office of DDB Worldwide, one of the most recognized and successful advertising agencies in the United States whose clients include Anheuser Busch, McDonalds and State Farm Insurance. When he left DDB Worldwide, he was also President of DDB Worldwide’s North and South American operations, a business group which at the time had more than twenty offices, five thousand employees and sales in excess of one billion dollars. In the course of helping build and lead this business group he learned the importance senior client management places on easy and direct access to senior consultancy management. He decided this would be a foundation of his new firm.
Martha Silva is a strategist, entrepreneur and company founder. Her reputation has been built on successfully creating customer driven businesses from concept through execution. She specializes in consumer research, business and marketing strategy, organization and process restructuring and financial modeling.  She has been a Partner in some of the most respected business consulting firms – Ernst & Young, DiamondCluster and Accenture. In over 20 years of consulting, she has accumulated experience across a wide range of business problems, industries and categories, working with companies ranging from start-ups to global corporations.  In the early 2000’s, she founded eCouncil, an integrated technology company.
