This manifests itself throughout the process in frequent client contact through email, telephone, progress reports and in person when and where it is appropriate. It means respectfully advancing an opinion based on our experience, knowledge of the facts, needs and options. Ultimately it will be a client’s decision on issues and actions, but we feel an obligation to ensure they are well informed whether news is good or bad. | |
